My name is Adam Skowronski and I am 3D artist and VFX compositor with deep experience of classical painting, attaining a Masters from Academy of Fine Arts in 2004.
My adventure in 3D Art started almost 6 years ago when I graduated BA (Hons) in Computer Arts at University of Abertay in Dundee ( U.K.).
Upon graduating in 2012 I interned at US developer Vaylr Studios. Working under Art Director - I modeled props that were used in the trailer of AAA title - „Pray for Dark”.
Then, for almost three years I had been working at the Oscar-winner production company - BreakThru Films - doing whole 3d environment for the „Loving Vincent” - Oscar nominated film - plus I was one of the main VFX compositors. This amazing and unique project is the first fully painted animated film in history and has given to me a lot of experience - significantly expanding my knowledge of post-production process.
Additionally, I am professional classical artist painter and thanks to that I developed a broad spectrum of artistic skills and get deep knowledge of the colour aesthetic, lighting and composition, all of which I can successfully adopt into the field of 3D design.
